308 nm excimer laser phototherapy

Targeted phototherapy that delivers a single 308 nm excimer laser wavelength selectively to the areas of skin that need it. Rather than treating large areas of skin, the device concentrates UVB energy on the lesion itself. The treatment field can be set with reasonable precision, which helps limit unnecessary ultraviolet exposure of the surrounding healthy skin. It can be applied to areas ranging from small lesions to lesions of moderate size.
