It uses ionic conduction and dielectric heating so that thermal energy is generated within the tissue itself. A dynamic cooling system runs alongside energy delivery to manage the temperature of the skin surface. Different applicators allow the delivery pattern to be adapted to either broad areas or fine, detailed regions.
